Outdoor Group Sessions
Each group session is designed to keep you moving for the entire 45mins. While each session is different, the intention is always the same; to work hard and to push what you believe your limits are. Each session is a variation of strength, cardio and conditioning. With a combination of body weight and equipment training, you’ll be able to work up a sweat and activate those fitness endorphins in a fun, enjoyable environment.
Personal Training
If you are looking for a more tailored approach to your training, then perhaps personal training is for you. Whether you want to train 1 on 1 or with a friend, personal training is an excellent option that focuses on the individual’s goals and functional needs. These may include one or more of the following; increase your strength, lose weight, improve your balance and posture, or work on a pre-existing injury. Estelle will take the steps necessary to help you improve your fitness. Personal training sessions are currently available from Tuesday- Saturday.
